Frances is responsible for leading the Hearts & Science UK team and her ambition is to help her teams and clients become as agile, open and data informed as possible.
Prior to joining Hearts, Frances was Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer across OMG UK, working across the agencies to develop solutions that meet new, existing or inarticulate needs through more effective products, services, and technologies. She has also run scale media accounts in the UK from Sainsbury’s to the BBC, a full service agency in Australia and was appointed Managing Director of PHD UK in 2011.
Frances sits on the OMG UK board, the IPA Effectiveness group, the APG leadership committee and is a ‘WACLer’ (Women’s Advertising Club of London). In 2015 Frances was named Campaign’s number one Media Planner. And to top it off, she’s also a qualified ski instructor who can ski on one leg.
As Chief Product Officer Steve is responsible for the design of Hearts & Science's product and service offering for the UK market. Before joining Hearts & Science, he ran PHD's 'Discovery' team, developing a multi-disciplinary approach to data, insight, user experience planning and martech consultancy for UK clients across the grocery, travel, automotive and entertainment verticals. His experience across more than 20 years in advertising and media spans market research, direct marketing, digital strategy, account, and communications planning.
As Head of Client Experience at Hearts & Science, Garrett is responsible for how clients interact with Hearts. He ensures that the agency team have a deep understanding of clients businesses and produce great work that delivers discernible business returns. His team is tasked with smooth agency practices and has been a part of pioneering new technology solutions to improve agency operations. On top of his Zoology degree from the University of Cambridge, he also has all 3 IPA Professional Qualifications including the Excellence Diploma and is MIPA Accredited – the IPA's badge of professionalism.
As the Finance Director at Hearts & Science UK, Nicola is responsible for leading financial strategies to facilitate ambitious the growth plans we hold for Hearts & Science and our clients. She has a strong track record in finance best practices and ensures these are implemented to fully support the agile environment of our agency. Nicola has more than 15 years of experience in both media and production including seven years audit experience at Deloitte in both London and New York. Nicola is a key to establishing successful commercial models that secure long-term successful relationships between our clients and Hearts & Science.
